Since the beginning of its activity, Noku.io is committed to offering integrated services which provide its users with added value.
In this sense, we have invested resources for the launch of a stable coin, the EURN. We continue to believe in the potential of stable coins as a tool to facilitate the mass adoption of the Blockchain and cryptocurrencies in everyday life. The project is not abandoned but, to ensure compliance with Swiss law and regulations, on 24th September we decided to offer the possibility of converting EURN into euros or ETH without the transaction being subject to fees for a limited period.
Until 31st October, we will allow all EURN holders to exchange them for 1 EURN = 1 euro (or the equivalent of 1 euro in ETH) directly within our platform. It will be sufficient to use the Swap service within the wallet. Simply and quickly as that.
As mentioned, we decided not to apply any commission on this exchange transaction:
• From EURN to EUR 1 EURN = 1 euro
• From EURN to ETH 1 EURN = the equivalent in ETH of 1 euro.
For the EURN / ETH swap, the KYC Tier 2 (no IDs or other documents) is sufficient up to the equivalent of € 2,500 per day or € 15,000 per year. For the EURN / EUR swap, the KYC Tier 3 is required, regardless of the amount of each transaction.
We are sure that the holders of EURNs will take advantage of this opportunity which will only be offered for a limited period.

In questo senso, abbiamo investito risorse per il lancio di uno stable coin, l’EURN. Continuiamo a credere sulle potenzialità degli stable coin come strumento per favorire l’adozione di massa della Blockchain e delle criptovalute nella vita di tutti i giorni. Il progetto non è abbandonato ma, per garantire il rispetto delle norme svizzere, il 24 settembre scorso abbiamo deciso di offrire, per un periodo limitato, la possibilità di convertire gli EURN in euro o in ETH senza che l’operazione sia soggetta a fee.
Fino al 31 ottobre, consentiremo a tutti i possessori di EURN di scambiarli al cambio 1 EURN = 1 euro (o l’equivalente di 1 euro in ETH) direttamente all’interno della nostra piattaforma. Sarà sufficiente utilizzare il servizio Swap all’interno del wallet, in modo semplice e veloce.
Come detto, abbiamo deciso di non applicare nessuna commissione su questa operazione di cambio:
· Da EURN verso EUR 1 EURN = 1 euro
· Da EURN verso ETH 1 EURN = il controvalore in ETH di 1 euro.
Per lo swap EURN/ETH è sufficiente il livello di KYC Tier 2 (senza necessità di documenti) fino al controvalore di 2.500 euro al giorno o 15.000 euro in un anno. Per lo swap EURN/EUR è invece necessario il livello KYC Tier 3, qualunque sia l’importo di ciascuna transazione.
Siamo certi che i detentori di EURN vorranno approfittare di questa opportunità che, lo ricordiamo, sarà offerta solo per un periodo limitato.
